Support remediation of nonconformities and reduce process risks by managing the treatment of nonconformities, their outcomes and follow-up actions;
Monitor external audits, internal IMS audits, corporate audits and targeted internal audits of processes/procedures, and manage the handling of findings and/or observations identified during audits, ensuring proper resolution;
Train or provide support to all employees on topics related to the Integrated Management System (SGI), training airport division staff, their assets and third parties, including internal auditor teams; manage internal schedules and execution of corporate, targeted and certification audits;
Provide support for implementation of new SGI processes and for deploying improvements across areas through development and delivery of internal trainings, formation of committees, refresher courses, and external consulting, among other initiatives;
Drive SGI improvement and analysis by consolidating management review data, audit results and process improvement initiatives, reporting findings to leadership;
Report process performance indicators for the area;
Consolidate and analyze indicators and report to leadership, proposing improvements and solutions related to contractual obligations and other IMS processes;
Ensure compliance and adherence to implemented AVSEC processes by performing AVSEC and IMS tests, testing systems, processes and infrastructure, consolidating and analyzing primary data and findings, and providing direct support to the PCQAVSE Responsible;
This role is also responsible for carrying out compliance and anti‑bribery duties, given that the position and area represent a compliance and bribery risk higher than low. Activities under this role are part of Motiva Group's compliance and anti‑bribery management system in accordance with ABNT NBR ISO 37301 and ISO 37001. The incumbent is required to complete mandatory declarations and attend specific training assigned by Motiva Group based on the duties performed.

Required knowledge and certifications
