Client engagement: Respond to inquiries from prospective clients and provide information about our services to close sales.
Lead follow-up: Proactively contact potential clients who completed online quotes to assess their interest and provide further assistance to close the sale.
Communication: Communicate effectively by phone, email, and SMS with potential clients in both French and English on a daily basis. Bilingualism is essential because we serve customers across Canada.
Performance review: Monitor your own performance and meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and log follow-up activities in our CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve team goals and contribute to strategies that increase client engagement and sales.
Career growth: Prepare for and successfully pass broker exams (AMF and RIBO) after your first year with us.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience
Proactive and hardworking, with a track record of exceeding sales targets
Strong oral and written communication skills in French and English
Quick learner with an interest in technology
