Paralegal

Role Overview

• Manage licensing processes for Navitus and its subsidiaries
• Draft legal documents and templates
• Manage document templates and corporate legal records
• Perform records and legal research
• Prepare correspondence under general supervision
• Identify, review, and interpret legislation and regulatory environment changes impacting Navitus
• Provide support and analysis related to the interpretation and adoption of policies, processes, and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• A paralegal educational certificate is preferred.
• Ability to type with speed and accuracy required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.
