Own and strengthen existing customer relationships and pipeline while actively driving new customer development and short-term bookings growth
Actively participate in guiding and improving our North American growth strategy for Industrial Water and Wastewater treatment solutions with the primary focus on US based customers
Direct customer sales in alignment with our business strategy, understanding customer needs by creating value propositions to customers
Evaluate the need for and qualify local agents and/or distributors for greater industry coverage
Direct the sales process, including prospecting, qualifying, and positioning of Industrial Water and Wastewater Treatment Solutions with direct customer engagement and indirect sales channels
Ensure delivery of growth objectives for pipeline development, bookings, and gross margin
Continually evaluate the overall market and competitors
Update growth strategy, sales, and marketing approach based on market analysis
Lead new business generation and cross selling to existing customers
Build and maintain strong and positive relationships with clients, agents and distributors
Handle customer and prospect inquiries/leads and provide technical/business support as required
Collaborate with technical and project team across our global business platform as required
Requirements
BS degree in Mechanical/Chemical or Equivalent Experience
8 Or more years’ experience selling Industrial Water and Wastewater Treatment Packages including Filtration technologies, Brackish and Reverse Osmosis technologies, Biological Treatment technologies, and Demineralization technologies
Industry or application experience with Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Plants, and Chemical Facilities
Must have hands-on experience managing or supporting projects within an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) environment
Proven results identifying business opportunities and a track record as a deal closer in highly technical sales markets
Significant personal motivation, goal orientation, diligence, and attention to detail
Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills required
Team oriented and strong communication skills required
