Consistently meet call metrics while also meeting quality requirements

Requirements
Current certification as a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) from the National Certification Board for Diabetes Educators (NCBDE)
Fluent in Spanish
Proven experience utilizing motivational interviewing to provide positive behavior change
Ability to receive constructive feedback and incorporate it into patient calls to drive performance
Home office for private patient conversation along with high-speed internet
Comfortable utilizing advanced technology (Electronic Medical Records, Microsoft Office, scripting applications, device data, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to recognize patient needs and adapt communication techniques for a diverse patient population
Flexible schedule with a commitment to a minimum of 20 hours per week
