Act as Principal Scrum Master supporting the execution and governance of multiple squads simultaneously
Coordinate and drive the work of five strategic teams within the Center of Excellence, including: Test, Data, Cutover, Change Management, and Planning
Facilitate agile ceremonies at both operational and executive levels
Ensure alignment between dependencies, team capacity, and integrated schedules
Support the continuous evolution of agile maturity and delivery practices
Identify risks, remove impediments, and accelerate decision-making across areas
Participate in integrated planning initiatives, tracking of metrics, and execution governance
Manage communication between leadership, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams
Support organizational transformation initiatives and continuous improvement

Experience working as a Scrum Master, Agile Lead, or in an equivalent role
Proven track record of leading multiple squads simultaneously in complex corporate environments
Experience with transformation programs, Agile PMO, or Centers of Excellence (CoE)
Experience managing dependencies between teams and coordinating cross-functional work
Solid knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and scaled practices)
Experience in delivery tracking, risk management, and executive facilitation
Ability to work with different organizational levels
Fluent English (required)
