About this role
Role Overview
Manage governance and delivery schedules
Coordinate CRM integrations
Validate model outputs before they are loaded into Salesforce
Ensure the right people have the right information at each phase of the project
Responsible for documentation
Manage IT access and deployment approvals
Coordinate implementation of training for field teams
Requirements
Experience with Salesforce — Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud (required)
Experience coordinating, administering, or managing CRM platform projects
Agile/Scrum methodology tools and backlog management (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Salesforce Flow, automation, and declarative configuration
CRM data models, lead lifecycle, funnel logic, API integrations
SOQL or SQL — reading, writing, and interpreting queries
Marketing automation platforms and CRM campaign integration
Strategic thinking — translates vision into phased deliveries
Stakeholder management across global and local teams
Governance mindset — discipline in phases and steps, milestone tracking
Proactive ownership — identifies risks early and drives solutions
Comfortable at the intersection of business, data, and technology
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, App Builder) (preferred)
CRM analytical models — lead scoring, propensity, uplift, Next Best Action (preferred)
BI tools: Power BI or Tableau (preferred)
Experience with CRM programs across multiple markets (preferred)
Experience in the automotive, retail, or financial services sectors (preferred)
