Manage paid media campaigns, inbound marketing, automation, and lead generation
Monitor KPIs, metrics, and performance indicators, ensuring continuous improvement of results
Identify growth and optimization opportunities at every stage of the sales funnel
Coordinate branding, performance, customer relations, and customer experience initiatives
Work in partnership with commercial, product, and strategic partners to drive results
Structure and execute strategies for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
Prepare analyses, management reports, and presentations with insights to support decision-making
Lead projects and initiatives aimed at scalability and sustainable business growth

Previous experience in digital marketing and growth
Strong funnel and conversion mindset
Ability to establish routines, KPIs, and governance
Leadership of specialists and interface with the sales/commercial team
Knowledge of campaign management, sales funnel, and performance marketing
Experience analyzing metrics and using marketing tools
Technical competencies: analytical ability to interpret CAC, CPL, conversion rates, and ROI
Proficiency in lead acquisition, paid media, and performance marketing
