Coordinate ASL interpreting and captioning service requests from intake through completion.
Plan and coordinate communication access services for meetings, conferences, events, and multi-service engagements.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, interpreters, captioners, and community partners.
Resolve scheduling challenges, changes, cancellations, and urgent requests.
Manage contractor recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing engagement activities.
Support local outreach and relationship-building efforts across the St. Louis region.
Monitor service quality and ensure assignments are completed with accuracy and care.
Improve workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational documentation.
Coordinate high-priority and time-sensitive assignments.
Contribute ideas that improve efficiency, communication, and service delivery.

2+ years of experience in operations, scheduling, coordination, customer success, or a similar role.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working with clients, vendors, or independent contractors.
Proficiency with scheduling tools, email, and standard business software.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a distributed team.
Ability to work in a hybrid model with regular in-person activities in the Greater St. Louis area.
