Own the entire sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → proposal → negotiation → close
Generate new business through outbound efforts (cold calls, email, networking, events)
Build and manage a strong pipeline of B2B opportunities
Sell into technical and enterprise-level clients across industries including aerospace, defense, life sciences, AR/VR, machine vision, robotics, automotive, and advanced industrial applications.
Represent Avantier at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
Collaborate with internal engineering and leadership teams to deliver solutions
Requirements
3-5 years of B2B sales experience (required)
Proven ability to generate pipeline and close deals independently
Experience managing long and complex sales cycles
Strong outbound prospecting skills (cold calling, lead generation)
Excellent communication skills
Stable work history
High attention to detail (professional, error-free communication)
