Lead the continued development of OleOleSport.com, our consumer-facing commerce platform.
Focus on building and scaling the core systems that power ticket sales, hospitality packages, supporter travel, memberships, event experiences, and future commerce initiatives.
Work closely with company leadership, product, design, and engineering teams to help shape both the technical architecture and product direction of the platform as we expand globally.
Requirements
7–10 years of professional software engineering experience building and operating production web applications.
Proven experience developing consumer-facing platforms in one or more of the following industries: travel, hospitality, ticketing, events, e-commerce, marketplaces, loyalty programs, or online booking systems.
Strong full stack development experience with modern web technologies, including frontend frameworks, backend services, APIs, and relational databases.
Experience designing and implementing high-volume transactional systems involving search, bookings, reservations, payments, checkout flows, customer accounts, or order management.
Experience integrating third-party APIs, including payment gateways, travel suppliers, ticketing systems, CRM platforms, marketing platforms, analytics tools, and other commercial services.
Strong understanding of website performance, scalability, reliability, security, and customer experience best practices.
Experience building responsive web applications optimized for desktop and mobile users.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, and production support.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
