Uphold and lead the regional market-based ecosystem model and partner across various internal stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced degree (MBA or related field) preferred
At least 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
Significant experience in account sales or other related commercial leadership roles within hematology, rare disease, or other specialized therapeutic areas
Minimum of 5-10 years in sales, with 3+ years of field leadership experience with a track record of strong performance
Proven ability to drive successful product launches in team-selling environments
Expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive account and market strategies based on insights, competitive intelligence, and analytics
Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
Ability to travel up to 70% as required by the role.
