Upsell real estate agents' current memberships for added value in receiving qualified leads for property listings
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and efficiently
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Equator platform
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of Equator's services
Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the CRM system
Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential upselling opportunities
Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to increase customer retention
Generate and qualify leads
Prepare and deliver regular reports on customer interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and Equator's product updates
Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
Requirements
Any Graduate with +3 years experience in sales support job preferred from Mortgage Domain.
Hands on experience in using software applications.
