Role Overview
- Support and lead ongoing ServiceNow continuous improvement projects
- Collaborate with a diverse workforce within a matrix environment
- Build upon the existing ServiceNow foundation
- Maintaining and performing continual service improvements
- Gather and document business and system requirements
- Develop implementation plans, SOP, system architecture for all project deployments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Strong understanding of the platform’s architecture and capabilities
- At least 6 years of experience with design, development and support
- At least 4 years of experience in leading software development projects
- Hands on ServiceNow development experience across multiple modules
- Familiar with ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems
- Active ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) Certification or the ability to obtain within 3 months
