About this role
Role Overview
Define and execute the regional sales education and enablement strategy for Neurovascular.
Design, deliver, and optimize training programs for sales teams.
Shape regional educational priorities and curriculum alignment with strategy.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness; implement improvements.
Deliver training programs for new hires and cross-functional partners.
Ensure alignment between clinical knowledge and commercial execution.
Lead development of sales competencies and performance assessments.
Collaborate with KOLs for customer-led education programs.
Evaluate selling methodologies and enablement best practices.
Requirements
At least 8 years of successful experience in medical device industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong cultural awareness.
APAC regional experience is preferred.
Certification in proven sales training models preferred.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
Fluent in English, other international languages skills are appreciated.
MBA preferred.
