Role Overview
- Translate Root's technical capability into clear commercial language
- Own the messaging, positioning, and enablement materials
- Work closely with Sales, Solutions, Client Success and Product teams
- Ensure launches showcase Root’s differentiated value
- Conduct regular competitor analysis and feed findings into messaging and positioning
Requirements
- A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or Communications
- 5+ years of marketing experience in a high-growth tech business, ideally in a regulated B2B SaaS product environment
- Track record of marketing and driving technology products
- Prior experience in insurance or insurance-adjacent fields will be a highly preferred
