Several years of leadership experience in healthcare/clinic sales in Austria
Proven track record in market development and revenue responsibility
Experience with hospitals, purchasing consortia and complex decision-making structures
Ability to build, develop and scale teams
Strategic strength combined with strong execution skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a clear results orientation
Confident presence at decision-maker level
Experience with KPIs, forecasting and CRM systems
Excellent German and English skills
Willingness to travel within Austria
