Subject Matter Expert – Manufacturing & Industrial Operations, English/Kannada

Role Overview

• Design realistic Manufacturing and Industrial Operations scenarios in Kannada or English grounded in Indian operational contexts (e.g., production workflows, procurement coordination, quality control, industrial maintenance, process optimization, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving activities)
• Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving, engineering analysis, inventory coordination, and production management tasks
• Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, operational efficiency, safety awareness, and industrial realism
• Contribute to “gold standard” solutions reflecting best practices across Indian manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain operations

Requirements

• Native-level Kannada with strong professional English proficiency
• 5+ years of professional experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, Production Management, Engineering, Procurement, or Supply Chain Operations
• Background in one or more relevant roles: Purchasing & Procurement, Production Supervision, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, Logistics Coordination, or Manufacturing Operations
• Strong understanding of industrial workflows, operational safety standards, production processes, procurement procedures, and Indian manufacturing environments.
