Requirements
- Native-level Tamil with strong professional English proficiency
- 5+ years of professional experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, Production Management, Engineering, Procurement, or Supply Chain Operations
- Background in one or more relevant roles: Purchasing & Procurement, Production Supervision, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, Logistics Coordination, or Manufacturing Operations
- Strong understanding of industrial workflows, operational safety standards, production processes, procurement procedures, and Indian manufacturing environments
