You are the primary point of contact for incoming customer inquiries by phone and email, ensuring professional and timely handling.
You support our sales team with the operational processing of the ECS portfolio, e.g., in the areas of WEEE/Elektra, Batteries, REPACK Packaging, ITBS, Clearing/iClearing, and deposit/island solutions.
You prepare contractual documents, check documents for completeness, and coordinate further processing together with the responsible Sales Managers.
You maintain and manage projects, opportunities, and customer data in our CRM system and ensure high data quality.
You coordinate internal alignments with Operations and S&I and ensure structured handovers after contract signing.
You support the clearing business in sales support and take on organizational and administrative coordination tasks.
You actively participate in optimizing processes, templates, and internal standards and contribute your own improvement ideas.
You assist the Head of Sales with administrative and organizational tasks in day-to-day business.
Requirements
You have completed commercial vocational training or hold an equivalent qualification.
You have gained initial to several years of professional experience in inside sales, customer service, sales support, or a comparable commercial role—ideally in a B2B environment.
You work in a structured, careful, and independent manner and keep an overview even when handling multiple topics simultaneously.
You are a strong communicator, service-oriented, and enjoy engaging with customers and internal stakeholders.
You have very good German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken.
Confident use of MS Office is a matter of course for you. Ideally, you have prior experience with CRM systems.
You bring a solution-oriented and proactive working style and enjoy working in a team.
You are interested in actively shaping processes and developing your professional skills further.
