About this role
Role Overview
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Archer GRC applications and related integrations
- Monitor application health, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve production issues
- Manage Archer data feeds, questionnaires, workflows, and custom objects
- Coordinate with infrastructure and application teams during outages
- Participate in change management and deployment activities
- Document known issues, troubleshooting steps, and support procedures
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience as a Production Support Engineer
- Experience with Archer GRC platform
- Strong SQL knowledge and database troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace
- Scripting experience in PowerShell or Python
- Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira
