Support the planning, coordination, and execution of communications initiatives across the global Communications function.
Manage intake, requests, timelines, and workflows across teams to ensure clear prioritization and efficient execution.
Provide operational support for leadership communications activities such as town halls and fireside chats, including scheduling coordination, logistics, and follow‑ups.
Produce and maintain recurring operational outputs, including biweekly and monthly reports, internal channel metrics, and tracking of communications deliverables.
Monitor and triage the internal communications mailbox, identifying issues, themes, and required follow‑ups.
Consolidate communications and PR reporting from agencies, including coverage, inquiry, and interview tracking.
Create and update decks and presentation materials that communicate Communications and PR performance, results, and impact in an executive‑friendly format.
Organize, maintain, and continuously improve a central messaging repository used across Communications to drive consistency and reduce duplication.
Support preparation of executive briefing materials by pulling from approved messaging, background materials, and reporting.
Coordinate with Procurement and Legal on RFPs, vendor onboarding, contracts, and related documentation.
Provide project management support for key Communications planning initiatives, including timeline management and milestone tracking.
Update, maintain, and help enforce Communications policies and processes, ensuring documentation is current, accessible, and consistently applied.
Contribute to improving operational efficiency, visibility, and execution discipline across the Communications function.
Lead the integration of employee engagement and culture initiatives to drive progress and measure impact to business outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
6–8 years of experience in communications operations, project/program management, communications, or a related role
Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience supporting cross‑functional, global teams
High attention to detail and strong follow‑through
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Comfort working across time zones in a fast‑paced environment
Experience in financial services or regulated environments is a plus
