Support and implement ServiceNow solutions for Sourcing & Procurement Operations and Hardware and Software Asset Lifecycle
Design, build, and customize platform applications
Deliver business application needs while preserving baseline functionality with customization and extension of the platform modules
Design and develop new ServiceNow applications and services
Assist ServiceNow System Administrators with incident resolution
Provide mentoring and guidance for ServiceNow System Administrators
Take ownership of complex business requirements and work them to completion
Identify and implement opportunities for automation and process optimization within ServiceNow workflows
Stay current on ServiceNow product developments, industry trends, and best practices to recommend improvements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience in professional software development
4+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform development
Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITAM, ITBM, and Service Catalog
Proficiency in scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Glide API) and building custom workflows and integrations
Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes within an ITIL framework
Strong requirements gathering and refining experience
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, especially under pressure
Ability to communicate effectively and in a professional manner both written and orally
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multi-task, meet aggressive timelines and have strong work ethics
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Good to have
ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certifications (e.g., ITSM, HAM, VR) – Good to have
ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 Foundation Certification – Good to have
