7 years of hands-on experience in the financial industry
Experience leading the implementation of Front, Middle or Back Office Investment Management systems
Experience with middle-office workflows
Security life cycle events, corporate action processing, cash, position and transaction reconciliation
Understanding of front office and back office workflows
Business Systems Analyst experience/skillset
Proficiency with SQL
Understanding of multi-tier technical architectures and relational database structures
A strong record of customer service
Strong time management skills
Strong problem solving/analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Four year degree in a business or technical field such as Finance, Mathematical Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science
Advanced degree or industry certification such as the CFA is a strong plus
