Role Overview
- Design and optimise core systems using PostgreSQL, backend APIs (TypeScript), and React
- Solve complex, high-impact problems related to scheduling, operational efficiency, and healthcare workflows
- Own end-to-end feature development: From PostgreSQL schema design to React-based UI implementation, from specifications to maintenance in production
- Influence technical decisions, infrastructure, and product direction in a scaling startup
Requirements
- Senior Full-Stack Expertise : 5+ years with Node.js/TypeScript, PostgreSQL and React
- Startup Proven : Successfully shipped and iterated on products in fast-paced environments
- Quality Advocate : Experience writing comprehensive tests and collaborating with QA processes
- AI: Experience building AI agents
- Bonus if you also have experience with: Familiarity with QA frameworks or test automation
- Background in regulated industries (healthcare, health-tech, fintech)
