6+ years of full-stack development experience with Python and modern JavaScript frameworks
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Proven experience leading end-to-end application and data pipeline projects in enterprise environments
Strong expertise in Python, full-stack development frameworks, cloud technologies, and data management
Experience integrating AI / automation features into applications is a plus
Certifications in Python, cloud platforms, or relevant development practices are a plus
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders
Leadership qualities and ability to mentor teams
