Sales Coordinator

Role Overview

• Enter B2B purchase orders to our order management system.
• Send Tracking numbers.
• Forward all request for invoices to accounting.
• Answer all tracking or shipping questions from partners.
• Manage B2B Reserve Report.
• Fulfillment Coordination (warehouse selection and routing).

Requirements

• Coordinate post-sales orders with precision and care.
• Keep partners informed, streamline invoicing, and support sales with clear, friendly service.
• Run and communicate reports – some examples of those.
• Send customer Return Reports.
