Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web, mobile, and backend systems.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using modern automation frameworks.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure testability and quality throughout the SDLC.
Execute functional, regression, integration, and API testing.
Contribute to building and enhancing automation frameworks under the guidance of the QA Lead.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing.
Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools, ensuring proper prioritization and resolution.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups to ensure quality is embedded early.
Support performance and security testing activities as required.
Analyze test results, provide clear reporting, and highlight risks or quality concerns.
Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
Mentor junior QA engineers and support knowledge sharing within the team.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
4–7 years of experience in software testing with strong exposure to both manual and automation testing.
Backbase certification is a MUST.
Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.
Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, or JavaScript).
Solid experience in API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar.
Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience in performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6) is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
