Role Overview
- Participate in Siebel CRM to Salesforce migration activities.
- Analyze existing Siebel configurations, workflows, business services, and integrations.
- Support data mapping, migration, and validation activities.
- Develop and maintain Siebel components, workflows, EAI, and integration interfaces.
- Collaborate with Salesforce, business, and migration teams to ensure successful transition.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Siebel CRM development.
- Strong knowledge of Siebel Configuration, Workflows, EAI, Business Services, and Scripting.
- Experience with Siebel Data Migration and Integration.
- Understanding of CRM business processes and migration projects.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
