Requirements
- Strong eye for aesthetics
- Experience as a videographer in content creation
- Ability to convey stories and messages emotionally through video and imagery
- Willingness to work hard and commitment to a long-term partnership
- Flexibility, willingness to travel, and resilience
- Strong conceptual skills and creative ideas
- Ability to effectively implement these ideas into projects
- Proficiency in German and English
- Preference for overseeing video production from start to finish
- Approachable and personable demeanor
