Develop and grow strategic relationships with partners in the ANZ and South East Asia Region.
Identify, onboard, enable, and manage referral, reseller, and alliance partners.
Drive pipeline generation, deal progression, and revenue growth.
Ensure partners have a proper understanding of Rimini Street's portfolio.
Build long-term relationships with partners that drive NCI revenue growth within the region.
Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to support partner needs and joint initiatives.
Track partner performance metrics and provide regular reporting.

10+ years of sales and partner management experience in a global software or IT services company.
Excellent executive relationships with the partners.
Ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Comfortable with CRM and partner management tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Record of sustained and significant quota over-achievement.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Additional Languages (spoken and written) preferred.
