Role Overview
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of assigned product(s) and their features
- Collect and document feedback from internal users
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to suggest improvements
- Assist in the management of each assigned product’s lifecycle
- Document and assist in the planning of each project
- Track and keep data up to date surrounding projects, their metrics and deadlines
- Communicate status with all parties involved with projects and product launches
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, business administration or related field preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Previous experience with managing projects through to completion
- Customer focus
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to organize thoughts and data into writing
- Previous Project Management and the use of Project Management tools and software a plus
