Requirements
Co-ordination of consortium customer site lists and trade shapes for allocated consortiums, including updating key data to SE First systems.
Ensuring customer supplies and volumes are included and correct within the various consortium shapes ahead of each shaping window.
Assisting the Procurement specialist with site additions to flex, consortium and fixed contract.
Co-ordination of site lists for allocated Flexible supply contract tenders.
Sufficient checks of Consortium rates and accurate addition of key data to SE First systems.
Accurate addition of key data to SE First systems for Flexible supply contract customers.
Building and maintaining supplier relationships and have a key understanding of products and industry developments.
Co-ordinate activity between clients and suppliers to facilitate registration and transfer of supply contracts.
Co-ordinate workload, proactive dealing with any queries.
Other ad hoc duties as and when required by the team.
A strong understanding of the energy industry and market dynamics.
Exceptional attention to detail, combined with clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyse and interpret complex data sets.
Ability to manage multiple pricing requests and competing deadlines in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Solid awareness of regulatory frameworks and market mechanisms within sustainable energy procurement.
Good knowledge of energy markets, pricing structures, and procurement processes.
Strong analytical capability, supported by advanced Excel skills, with a clear understanding of Sustainable Energy First’s quality objectives—particularly those relating to procurement and operational processes.
Benefits
Salary: £28,250 to £31,000 dependant on experience
