Role Overview
- Own the Move Money Platform roadmap, strategy, and execution globally.
- Lead engineering teams through the full SDLC.
- Design and operate our network connectivity across fiat and crypto.
- Own redundancy, resiliency, and performance.
- Own compliance across networks, chains, and jurisdictions.
- Be Versapay’s external face to networks, partners, and regulators.
- Use AI to make the network smarter.
- Be the in-house expert.
Requirements
- 8+ years in payments or fintech product management, with at least 3 years owning a platform or infrastructure product end to end.
- Demonstrated experience designing, integrating, and operating payment network connections across both fiat and crypto rails.
- Deep payments expertise across North America and EMEA, spanning fiat and crypto.
- Track record of leading engineering teams through the full SDLC.
- Operator’s instinct for resiliency, routing, and performance.
- Partner-facing and, where required, regulator-facing presence.
- AI-forward mindset (preferred).
- Excellent executive and partner communication.
- Builder mentality.
