As an SDR, you are the spearhead of our growth.
You are the first point of contact for dentists and practice managers and persuade them that the future of their practice starts with Roger.
Lead generation: You identify potential customers and qualify them through targeted outbound activities (phone, email, LinkedIn).
Pitching: You excite dentists about our AI solution and schedule meetings for our Account Executives.
Pipeline management: You maintain our CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) and ensure no lead gets lost.
Close collaboration: You work directly with our founders and the Head of Sales to continuously optimize our sales strategy.

Communication talent: You love making calls, are quick-witted, and have an excellent sense for people.
Mindset: You have a hunter mentality, are disciplined, and are even more motivated by a “no.”
Willingness to learn: You want to learn the world of tech sales from the ground up and enjoy a fast-paced startup environment.
Language: You speak German at native level (C2) and have good English skills.

€65,000–€80,000 target compensation with uncapped commission; base salary between €42,000 and €45,000 – your performance determines your bonus.
