Role Overview
- Build and maintain strong relationships with oncology stakeholders in academic and community settings
- Work in multiple indications and tumor types allowing you to develop
- Partner with healthcare professionals to understand patient needs and identify opportunities to improve care delivery
- Support the adoption and optimal use of innovative oncology therapies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (medical, market access, etc.) to deliver impactful solutions
- Contribute to territory planning and execution of business strategies
- Continuously develop your knowledge of oncology, healthcare systems, and emerging treatments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Learning agility and interest in developing expertise in oncology
- Ability to travel within the territory and occasionally beyond
- Language requirement: English.
- Experience in hospital or specialty sales (preferred)
- Exposure to oncology or complex therapeutic areas (preferred)
- Familiarity with the Alberta healthcare system (preferred)
- Strong data acumen to analyze clinical and business data (preferred)
