About this role
Role Overview
You independently manage the entire sales cycle.
You identify target accounts using signals (hiring, funding, LinkedIn activity, press releases).
You work with Clay, HeyReach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to create personalized outreach sequences.
You conduct discovery calls, qualify deals and pitch tailored proposals to decision-makers.
You maintain your pipeline in HubSpot: clean, up to date and fully traceable.
You work closely with the consulting team, which provides the subject-matter depth in proposals.
You build your own network within Germany’s corporate landscape and leverage it.
Requirements
You have independently built and closed B2B deals.
Crucially, you understand what real pipeline building feels like.
You know the modern outbound stack or are eager to learn it quickly.
Excellent German, very good English.
HubSpot or a comparable CRM is a tool to you, not a burden.
Active use of Clay, HeyReach or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Experience with complex, consultative B2B services.
