Build and execute a territory sales plan that drives partner pipeline growth and meets quarterly and annual revenue targets
Recruit, onboard, and develop Referral, Reseller, and ISV partners — creating individual partner plans that align to Prophix's broader North American channel strategy
Develop and deepen relationships within partner accounts, supporting partners through their sales cycles from first engagement through to close
Serve as the primary point of contact for your partners, articulating Prophix's value proposition clearly to partner stakeholders, their clients, and prospects at all levels of an organization
Collaborate with the Prophix Field Marketing team to co-develop and execute partner campaigns, lead generation events, sales education programs, and adoption initiatives
Act as a Prophix representative at conferences, tradeshows, and partner events — championing the brand and strengthening our channel presence
Coordinate across internal teams, including Prophix Academy, Finance, Direct Sales, and Customer Support, to ensure partners have the resources and support they need to succeed
Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting, and record keeping within Prophix systems, holding yourself accountable to performance commitments
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or account management within a technology or advisory company
Demonstrated ability to build, grow, and sustain strong partner or client relationships across complex organizations
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives and executing territory or account development plans
Experience managing complex, solution-oriented sales or implementation engagements in partnership with external stakeholders
Skilled at navigating multi-level organizational structures and earning buy-in from both technical and operational audiences
Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey value propositions to a wide range of audiences
Ability to travel within Canada and the United States, and internationally as needed; valid passport required
Comfort using AI tools responsibly to support tasks such as research, drafting, or data review
Ability to learn new tools and adapt as technology evolves
Curiosity and openness to exploring new approaches
Collaborative mindset when working with teams and technology
Must be legally entitled to work in the country where this role is located
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline (Preferred)
