Role Overview
- Client-specific project management, including planning, execution and coordination
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through expert advisory work in close collaboration with the product, tech and sales teams
- Supporting our customers via video calls, phone and email
- Helping to shape the Customer Success (CSM) function
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a related field, located in the Rhine-Ruhr region
- Passion for communication and customer-focused solutions
- Enjoy driving things forward — self-motivated, flexible and committed
- Business-fluent German, spoken and written
