Serve as the liaison between the physician practice and various internal and external stakeholders
Partner and manage successful relationship(s) with Nephrologist(s) to build trust and physician satisfaction
Educates practices on all program requirements including participation and responsibilities for quality assurance (QA) and quality improvement (QI)
Provides analysis of clinical and operational data from multiple sources and determines current trends to develop QA and QI actions appropriate for value-based program needs
Collaborates with DaVita and IKC clinical leadership on key findings.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred
Proven track record of building successful physician relationships
Required
At least 2 years of project management experience
Prior experience in healthcare services and/or working with payers, value-based care models, and/or integrated healthcare models
Process improvement training (Lean Six Sigma, PDSA)
Preferred
At least five years of experience in a clinical or clinical support role
Required
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PPT, Word)
