About this role
Role Overview
- Serve as the liaison between the physician practice and various internal and external stakeholders
- Partner and manage successful relationship(s) with Nephrologist(s) to build trust and physician satisfaction
- Educates practices on all program requirements including participation and responsibilities for quality assurance (QA) and quality improvement (QI)
- Provides analysis of clinical and operational data from multiple sources and determines current trends to develop QA and QI actions appropriate for value-based program needs
- Collaborates with DaVita and IKC clinical leadership on key findings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Preferred
- Proven track record of building successful physician relationships
- Required
- At least 2 years of project management experience
- Prior experience in healthcare services and/or working with payers, value-based care models, and/or integrated healthcare models
- Process improvement training (Lean Six Sigma, PDSA)
- Preferred
- At least five years of experience in a clinical or clinical support role
- Required
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PPT, Word)
