Role Overview
- Assist in managing a portfolio of API trading partners
- Support performance tracking and alignment with CFC’s digital distribution objectives
- Help maintain collaborative relationships with partner contacts
- Support the preparation and review of partner performance reports
- Support the onboarding process for new CFC products and brokers within partner platforms
- Work with the Digital Relationships Leader to ensure CFC products are accurately represented
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing key trading metrics across partner platforms
- Contribute to identifying trends and opportunities to improve trading performance
- Participate in training and development opportunities
Requirements
- Some prior knowledge of digital insurance distribution
- Exposure to the end-to-end digitally traded insurance policy lifecycle
- Understanding of APIs and related terminology
