Key contributor to AspenTech’s License Compliance team
Work with global sales team to generate revenue through compliance issues resolution
Execute territory plan to maximize revenue
Consistently attain and exceed individual quota
Monitor compliance with required standards for CRM data maintenance
Accurately forecast compliance opportunities in CRM
Handle high pressure situations for resolving compliance issues
Engage with customers and non-customers for License Compliance Process
Develop customer relationships and resolve non-compliance issues
Work cross-functionally with global teams
Perform analysis on customer data and create reports
Support Quarterly Business Performance review reporting
Train and support global sales organization on License Compliance best practices

8 years of experience in an Operations or Software Compliance role
Basic understanding of Software Asset Management and/or License Compliance
Experience with Salesforce (CRM)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint
Fluency in Mandarin
Knowledge of Software Asset Management Deployment Tools like Microsoft SCCM (desired)
Experience in completing software license audit engagement
Experience with IP enforcement and/or legal knowledge
Excellent written and oral communication skills
