Role Overview
- Maintain and update intercompany agreements, data protection documents, and purchase orders
- Manage third‑party contracts for software, hardware, managed print services, and monthly pass-through (PT+) items
- Review monthly invoice backup data, validate goods receipts, manage invoice redactions, and ensure accurate tax handling
- Conduct financial analysis and maintain monthly cash flow forecasts
- Manage the Master Contract Tracker (MCT) for all contract renewals, billing amounts, and agreement details
- Obtain and validate vendor quotes; verify usage, asset details, and year-over-year cost changes
- Review monthly P&L reports and research anomalies
- Meet weekly with client counterparts (“2‑in‑the‑box”) and respond to inquiries within 24 hours
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience drafting, negotiating, and managing IT outsourcing contracts
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to resolve issues independently
- Experience with P&L, revenue forecasting, and basic accounting concepts
- Understanding of software licensing, maintenance contracts, and IT outsourcing terms
- Excellent written communication skills
- Hands-on experience with MS Office, SharePoint, and basic Ariba functions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work cross-functionally, and communicate with all levels of management
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a proactive mindset.
