You’ll crack the outbound code for us in the DACH enterprise market, drive revenue yourself, and teach our junior team how modern account-based selling works
Active selling and closing of enterprise deals (own revenue target)
Analyze and redesign our outbound process
Lead, coach and develop 2–3 junior sales team members
Track sales KPIs and optimize conversion rates across the entire funnel
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B software sales (enterprise level, deal sizes from €10,000)
"Player-coach" mentality: lead by example and be comfortable with cold outreach and complex negotiations
Proven track record in building effective outbound playbooks
Leadership experience or a strong mentoring profile to coach junior team members
