- Calendar and appointment management for the CEO
- Organization of meetings, travel and business events
- Preparation of presentations, reports and decision-making documents
- Handling and prioritizing business correspondence
- Communication with business partners, clients, vendors and authorities
- Support with contract management and administrative processes
- Tracking projects, deadlines and to-dos
- Support with recruiting and HR matters
- Organizing internal processes and documentation

Requirements
- Completed vocational training in business administration or an equivalent qualification
- Initial professional experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant to management, Office Manager or in a comparable role
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Structured, independent and reliable working style
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Very good German and good English skills
- Discretion, loyalty and a professional demeanor
- High sense of responsibility and a hands-on mentality
- Interest in gaming, eSports or digital media is an advantage
- Experience in project management is an advantage
- Experience in start-ups or fast-growing companies is an advantage
