Requirements
Bachelor's degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred.
2–4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, operational excellence, or a highly analytical business role (Exposure to enterprise transformation or people-focused projects is a plus).
Strong analytical capabilities with advanced proficiency in Excel and data structuring; comfort working with ambiguous or incomplete data sets to build out populations, hierarchies, and systemic efficiencies.
Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to ideate, solve problems, and produce polished, executive-quality materials.
Clear and structured communication style—both written and verbal—with an instinct for what matters to senior audiences.
High organizational acumen with a proactive, self-starting approach and the ability to manage multiple workstreams with limited oversight.
