Manage complex sales processes through to closing, including leading negotiations and taking responsibility for revenue and results
Strategically expand existing customer relationships and acquire new enterprise customers
Qualify and nurture leads through to successful closure
Identify and execute cross-selling and upselling opportunities
Provide consulting, design solutions, and deliver product presentations and demos at customer sites
Work closely with ManageEngine product teams
Represent MicroNova and ManageEngine at trade shows and events

University degree or equivalent IT-focused vocational training
Several years of experience in B2B sales of software solutions in IT management, infrastructure, or security environments
Proven track record in acquiring new customers and strategically expanding and developing existing enterprise accounts
Experience in direct collaboration with software vendors and in managing complex sales and customer processes
Strong communication and negotiation skills, confident presence, and a good understanding of complex customer requirements
High travel readiness (approx. 30% within NRW) and a valid driver’s license (Class B)
Excellent German and business-fluent English, both written and spoken
