Planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels including SEO/SEM and social media.
Drive consumer acquisition and retention activities through database, website, app, social media in close collaboration with marketing and customer facing teams.
Day to day management of all digital touchpoints, secure campaign effectiveness, reporting of KPIs and create learning loops to continuously improve digital activities.
Manage local content strategy across platforms
Initiate, collaborate & build the influencer community including reaching out to new influencers, activating existing influencers and maintain a strong relationship
Link Consumer Experience feedback to innovate the consumer digital offering
To manage the activity plan for all consumer activity from inception to implementation, acting as liaison between consumer care team, on ground team and sales managers.
Work in close coordination with product marketing, sales and consumer managers
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in science or mass communication with diploma in digital marketing.
MBA in marketing with relevant digital marketing course will be preferred.
5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience handling large scale campaign planning and execution in a reputed e-Retail/FMCG/Consumer Health/digital agency
Demonstrable experience in managing and optimizing SEO/SEM, email marketing set up and automation, social media, website and app management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, salesforce.com; Google Analytics; Email systems such as Eloqua, Website CMS
Analytical experience to drive customer journey, engagement and lead conversion rates.
