Lead emergent and enduring projects end-to-end—from intake and scoping through execution, delivery, and retrospective
Serve as the organizational intake point: receive, assess, prioritize, and route issues and opportunities to the appropriate teams
Drive rapid iteration cycles, bringing together cross-functional teams to solve problems quickly and effectively
Own the full project lifecycle including planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder communication, and closeout
Balance a diverse portfolio of concurrent projects across multiple domains and disciplines
Identify and execute on opportunities to improve processes, eliminate waste, and increase operational velocity
Champion and drive adoption of automation, AI-powered solutions, and tooling enhancements across the organization
Effect meaningful organizational change by building consensus, influencing stakeholders, and delivering results
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, playbooks, and documentation that scale with the team
Lead cross-functional response efforts during operational crises, ensuring rapid triage, coordination, and resolution
Conduct thorough root-cause analysis and drive corrective actions to prevent recurrence
Maintain composure and clarity under pressure, guiding teams through ambiguity to resolution
Partner effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders (vendors, partners, cross-org collaborators)
Communicate complex information clearly and concisely—both verbally and in writing—to audiences ranging from individual contributors to senior leadership
Provide regular, structured status updates, executive summaries, and impact reports
Facilitate cross-functional meetings, workshops, and working sessions that drive decisions and outcomes
Leverage data analytics to identify trends, measure impact, and surface actionable insights
Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and metrics frameworks to track project health and organizational performance
Translate data into compelling narratives that influence priorities, resource allocation, and strategy
Maintain deep familiarity with Client internal tools, systems, and platforms
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent combination of education and experience
5–8 years of program management, project management, or operational leadership experience
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Strong proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences
Proven ability to prioritize effectively—filtering signal from noise to focus on the most impactful work
Deep comfort with data analytics: able to query, interpret, and act on data to drive decisions
Track record of driving automation, process improvement, or AI integration initiatives
Self-starter who is proactive, organized, and disciplined in managing competing priorities
Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in response to shifting conditions, environments, and organizational needs
Strong interpersonal skills; builds trust and collaborates effectively across teams and with external partners
Ability to effect change in complex organizations through influence, not just authority
