About this role
Role Overview
Lead onboarding for High-Touch clients
Conduct trainings, ongoing follow-ups and assisted operations
Work consultatively, understanding the client’s context and proposing solutions
Manage a portfolio of clients, monitoring engagement, usage, adoption and satisfaction
Monitor metrics such as churn, NPS and platform usage
Anticipate risks and act proactively to retain customers
Conduct regular follow-up meetings (executive and operational checkpoints)
Support clients in getting the most out of the system, ensuring value realization
Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Support, Implementation and Sales)
Contribute to continuous improvement of Customer Success processes
Requirements
Experience in Customer Success and consultative client support
Experience conducting client onboarding and trainings
Experience with High-Touch clients
Analytical profile with the ability to interpret data and metrics
Familiarity with CS tools (CRM such as HubSpot, customer success/engagement platforms, Notion, etc.)
